Guest Teacher Program
This beautiful 7-day retreat offers each guest a unique Yoga and Ayurveda experience with twice-daily, themed practices which include carefully chosen physical poses and breathing techniques, deep relaxations, guided meditations and the wisdom of Ayurveda. The idyllic ocean-setting of Samahita provides a gentle daily reminder of the importance of re-connecting with Nature and, in addition to the practices, there will be lots of time to relax in beautiful natural surroundings. This quiet invitation to relax will be supported every afternoon by a nourishing Restorative Yoga practice followed by a guided Yoga Nidra (Yoga sleep). You will walk in and float out.
