What happens if I test positive for Covid and am unable to fly?
If you are unable to travel due to testing positive for covid and can provide us with a medical certificate, you may postpone your stay for free and use the full credit for future date booking. See our cancellation policy.
What happens if I test positive for Covid when I arrive in Thailand?
Should you test positive during your stay you will be required to go to a local hospital or designated hotel isolation until you recover or test negative. It is recommended that you have medical insurance that covers hospital stays. We do not offer refunds after arrival and check in.
