Jutima continues to build the Samahita brand while living in America and travels to Thailand regularly. She spent 10 years living on Koh Samui building Samahita from the ground up since 2003. Being a native Thai but American educated brings an insight into creating the uniqueness that Samahita has to offer. Her role in brand, creative development and social media marketing helps carries the Samahita messaging across all channels. She enjoys working and supporting with her international and Thailand based team.

Anthea combines business acumen with experience and studies in yoga, spirituality, health and alternative wellness to share the practices offered at Samahita, deeply understanding how they can bring transformation and growth in people’s lives. Her own practice, studies and teachings for over a decade have integrated the latest scientific research in health with the wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda, to support how to handle modern day life. Anthea has a wealth of global cultural and work experience having lived in several countries across four continents. She is a 1100+ hour certified yoga teacher, an Ayurvedic lifestyle & health coach, an end of life doula and Reiki master, with a Bachelors degree in language & literature, and a corporate background in sales & marketing, HR & change management.
Originally from Ireland, Anthea discovered Samahita in 2008 at the exact time she committed to integrating yoga more sincerely into her daily life. Leaving the corporate world behind, Anthea moved to Asia in 2012 to dive deeper into yoga and wellness, and began a dual role in teaching and marketing at the center in 2013. Now based in California, Anthea is Strategic Marketing Director for Samahita while she continues to teach, coach and study. She is grateful every day for a meaningful life of self-and-health discovery and to have the opportunity to help others.
